We request information from the user on our order form. The user must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). Choice/Opt-out
Our users are given the opportunity to ‘opt-out’ of having their information used for purposes not directly related to our site at the point where we ask for information. For example, our order form has an ‘opt-out’ mechanism so users who buy a product from us, but don’t want any marketing material, can keep their email address off of our lists.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by changing their preferences in our email list software or by sending an e-mail to Frederic@tes85.com. Place “REMOVE FROM LIST” in the body of the message.
Security
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users’ information. When users submit sensitive information via the web site, their information is protected both online and off-line.
When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information (such as credit card number), that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry – SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to un-locked, or open, when users are just ‘surfing’.
TES85.com guarantees that every purchase you make on our site will be 100% safe, secure, and guaranteed. This means that you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your credit card as a result of shopping with us.
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50, TES85.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to $50. TES85.com will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
